If you receive an item sent from The Finer Cutlery Collection that is damaged, then there is a 48 hour return period guarantee for a refund.  We charge a restocking fee of 10% to cover the the time and expense of shipping to you.  All custom knives are warranted for 30 days, and some custom makers warranty their knives for life.  Production knives carry the manufacturer's individually cited warranty policy. Knives must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Photographs of the knives shipped will determine if the knife returned is the same knife shipped. There are no returns without first contacting The Finer Cutlery Collection for authorization to return. Refunds for authorized returns are only granted for damaged goods shipped. So please ask all questions pertaining to your item before placing your order.
