This is the knife from the horror film, "The Hitcher" where a road turns into a highway of blood. This is the knife that was ordered from Jeff Harkins for the movie scenes. It is a newly built one from scratch as are all Harking Custom Knives. The handle is 416 SS black Gun Kote which is a very hard finish and is made for daily use. The OAL is 8.5" with a 4" double edge partial serrated blade perfectly hand filed so that it is barely noticeable but increases the utility of the blade for cutting by a hundredfold. The mechanism is automatic fire and retract, patented by Harkins Knives. Lockup is solid as a rock with no play. This is an OTF auto knife documented by Harkins with a Provenance and Warranty enclosed as a Cerificate of Authenticity. Note, this only the Second, number 2, Hitcher made.
