Although this is a very early Gary Hicks, dual action auto lockback with Mother of Pearl presentation grade handles and extensive file work, it is rated at 100% overall condition. The blade is engraved with G. Hicks and all screws are slotted high polished. The knife features dual stainless bolsters with inner liners that are high polished to a mirror finish and adorned with extensive file work. The spine also features a filed lockback mechanism. This spearpoint blade is also high polished to a mirror finish and features "blood grooves" on both sides of the blade. High polished slotted screws are used throughout the knife. The auto release button is flush to help avoid accidental opening, while the thumb stud allows for manual opening of this rare piece. This is indeed a rare knife and and is a one of a kind making it is a true collector's
piece to be added to any afficiando's collection. The OAL is 9" with 4" blade.
